LETTER TO LINDSAY Sept. 1988

LEVERET PRESS UNIFORM EDITIONS

Stacey Hill Farm, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, England

21/9/88

Quiggley:

Just a rush note for the post - the delays are lessening now. Tell your mum yes, I liked the Axelrod very much once I got into it and I have just quoted it in a piece. Here are a couple of recent pieces of mine. I played your interview and our string trio to Bill Johnson, just back from Paignton, also others have heard it, Pete and his sons. And I told them about us! I miss stroking your hair. This is a kind of love letter.

Now take care and let me see any photos that came out (I forget where we took them?). I drove down to see Elsa and Barry and Alison Whittle, the lodger, student at the art college, doing book illustration. I quite fancy her though she has rather a big bum. That reminds me, give Nikki my love too.

Jack,  Big G

Grandad
